    I highly recommend the Acacia honey that is produced at Koltuk's Honey. Its distinctive bittersweet flavor, with subtle and delicate fruity notes in the background and its rich texture make it the perfect addition to a cup of tea, stirred into a bowl of Irish oatmeal or as a topping on a yogurt parfait.There is no wrong way to enjoy Koltuk's Acacia honey but my three favorite ways to enjoy it are in a cup of ginger tea, as a topping on a yogurt parfait, and stirred into a bowl of Irish oatmeal, along with a little half and half.Everyone's palate is different but I recommend adding one teaspoon of it to a cup of tea and one tablespoon of it to a yogurt parfait and to a bowl of Irish oatmeal.The Acacia honey from Koltuk's Honey is the only honey I will buy. Every batch is produced with love and it's quite simply the best honey I have ever tasted!
