Please note that we offer raw, unfiltered and pure honey. Our honey has not been processed, pasteurized or altered in any way.
Pure honey crystallizes over time – This is normal and expected. It is also normal for small air bubbles and foam to appear at the top of the jar. This is proof of its purity!
You can always de-crystallize our honey by placing the jar in warm (not boiling) water or use it in its crystal form for spreads as an alternative treat!

No Returns / Final Sale Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Goods
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify KOLTUK’S HONEY within seven (7) days of purchase. To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

Proof of purchase; and

Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product(s), with all damaged items photographed together to show the total extent of the damage.
Failure to report damage within this time frame may result in denial of any claim.
Replacement or resolution, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of KOLTUK’S HONEY.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOLTUK’S HONEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
